[ddots-l] problem with cal

I am trying to split a midi track out to different midi tracks using cal.
When I open the cal dialog and type in the source track along with all the
other information I get a fatal error message at the end of the dialog and
sonar closes and I think windows crashes as well. Does anyone know how I can
fix this problem?
