I'd only ever do this if the original project had taken a long time, you know, with a whole bunch of edits, or good programming, and a lot of audio clip manipulation involved...

Obviously, sometimes its far easier to start over, but sometimes, well...

this, much easier to do with midi tracks,  just copy and paste, assuming

oh goodness i knnow where they are found, but if i deleted them all wouldn't
sonar cry a river because it would not be able to open the audio protion?

i have my projects backed up to two drives and  have never had to do what
mike did.  now it becomes more clear and it sounds like a bunch of work.
almost sounds like you could just redo the project from the start?  lots of
work?
