Is melodyne scriptable, or is it bit-mapped, though?

Wow! I stand corrected for sure then.

OK so who wants to spend a few hundred hours scripting and hotspotting Melodyne then? It has been way out ahead of Autotune for some time now.

Hi,

A pioneering technology that makes the impossible possible: edit individual notes within chords and polyphonic audio material! Yes, audio, not MIDI. The makers of Melodyne did it again ... www.celemony.com

The Mellodyne soft is quite amazing!
works with. AUDIO. as MIDI!
You can change place the notes, guitar chords, and even change the way you play the guitar! Amazing!

I know! It look crazy to say this! but... it is true!!!

A friend of mine show me some great features, you can also check it on youtube.

Although, I say that it is a great advance that we should be aware!

The short answer is, you can't really do that, accessible or otherwise. How is software going to know enough to separate the parts of your song out, and then analyze them and guess at the notes?

Hello,

Has anyone found an accessible method for us to effectively convert mp3 to midi?

Thanks.
