Have you set a from and through with f9 and f10 and then selected the
track you want to quntize with control enter?

I have been following the direction word for word but for some reason
Control + Q, makes nothing happen.
and I think that I'm not doing the loop function correctly. What exactly
should I do to loop 16 bars?
