Makes sense, and I hear that downgrading to internet 6 is somewhat problematic.

  I was told by the sales people at Freedom Scientific that jaws 7.1 won't work 
well with internet explorer7. Right after that he told me jaws 10 was soon to 
be out. He said that jaws 9 will do fine with it though. You may need to 
upgrade. I may have to do the same thing, but things are real tight right now.

  Hello,

   

  I'm using jaws 7.1 with internet explorer 7. When I try and go to the main 
documentation from the hotspot clicker, jaws seems to go dum. It simply won't 
read it.
