You need to download the hsc sets for them and install hsc as well. Go to
http://www.hotspotclicker.org there you can get both hsc and the hsc set
for it.
If you can't get it to work, or if you need further assistance, contact me
off list, we can perhaps schedule some training time; I do training for:
sonar, sound forge, Awave Studio, delta controll panel and other software
packages, but that's not a subject for this list, so you'd have to contact
me privately :)

Thank you much for responding to me.
I have Omnisphere in the list of soft synths and I can add it in to a
project. The problem I'm having is that I can't get any patches to show up
once it's loaded.
Is there a trick, or do I need something else?
