You can patch affects across a bus and send a selection of tracks to that buss. 
 That way, you
wouldn't need to patch separate EQ's over each track.  That is, assuming that 
you want several
tracks to be EQD in the same way.  Say for example, you had recorded a bunch of 
vocals with the same
singer.  You could send all of the vocal tracks to the same buss.
