When I was looking in to both cards, I was told by various people and read
various places that the lt has 2 xlr inputs, and the rack mount does not; I
can verrify that the lt has 2 xlr, I'm not sure about the rack mountable
one; I honestly went with the lt because of pricing and budget, and as long
as you know what you are doing, the cable with all the connectors on it is
not a problem at all...haven't had any problems with mine and had it for
almost a year now...
