Hello Robert: Best guess here, but you need to save your final mix file (Master) as a 16 bit and not a 24 bit file. I don't know specifically about Nero, but I know that SoundForge will only work with 16 bit audio. Someone please feel free to correct this if I am giving out bad info Jeff
