Hi Omar,
the Zoom H4N maybe suitable as a 4 track for your live projects.
I haven't looked at all sspec details regarding the unit.
The fact that it's new hardware that is accessible is excellent news.
It would be fantastic if it's able to record four different tracks at the same
time.
One things for sure, give Phil a couple of days, and he'll have all the spec in
his head I'm sure ha ha.

Planning to use mine to run backing tracks. That will save me taking out the
laptop and firewire interface. Less stuff to set-up = good!

Got my Zoom H4N yesterday and I must say that it's very accessible
indeed. There's a manual that Tom Kingston has written for it. you will find
that over on:
ftp://ftp.ravenswood.org/
It's in the manuals folder, along with the Zoom H4N's manual in text
format.
