Thanks for that positive feedback, Bob. Developing and even using assistive
technology is a nonstop game of leap frog. As most of us are already aware,
the pace of the game seems to be accelerating constantly. For example,
there's a public beta of JAWS 11 out there. Windows 7 is due to ship in a
few weeks. 64-bit Vista machines are becoming the standard, etc., etc.
BTW, as I understand it, there is some benefit to running SONAR 32-bit
version on a 64-bit Vista machine. When you install SONAR 8+ on a 64-bit
Windows machine, the installer offers you a choice as to whether you will
install SONAR 32-bit or SONAR 64-bit. CakeTalking does not yet support
64-bit SONAR so be sure to install the 32-bit version.
So, as always, more to do and, it seems, less time to do it in. That being
said, there are still 24 hours in each day and all of us still ultimately
choose what we will do with those 24 hours. I offer this advice to myself
as well as to anyone interested: try to use at least a bit of that time
daily to make some music. Not just for fun, school or profit but just for
yourself and, if you have faith in a creator, for that Creator who gave you
that gift to make that music.
