Hi,
My Outlook sees the attachment, but won't divulge it. I'm assuming that you
sent the .ins file without zipping it up first - Outlook sees the .ins
extension and mistakes it for a potentially dangerous Windows Internet Setup
file, so blocks it. If you resend with the .ins contained within a .zip we
should be good to go.

Damon,
Did you ever get the PC3 in? Are you using it with Sonar? I've asked
Jason for the definition files I don't know how many times and he says
he sends it but I never receive it - zipped, renamed or what ever. I
never have this problem with anything else. I asked him to post it on
a download site about three weeks ago and he still hasn't gotten back
to me.
If anyone has a PC3 Instrument Def, please send me a copy...
