So how would you open upa 64-bit project in 32-bit sonar?

  Hi,

You shouldn't need to use a bundle file if you've got both versions of Sonar
on the same machine. To freeze a track, just use the Tracks menu Freeze
options - it's a snap.

  Best wishes.

  Tim,

Thanks. Once I freeze them, do you then re-save it as a cakewalk bundle and
then open it back up in 64-bit sonar? Thanks, and can you remind me again, how
to freeze tracks once you put the pluggin on them and tweek them? Thanks,

  Brian

    Phil,

I think you'd have to freeze the tracks that were tweaked in the 32-bit
installation, as the equivalent plugs wouldn't be available to render the
result in the 64-bit environment.

    Best wishes.

Ok. Alternative idea. am guessing that you have both versions of Sonar on
your machine, 32bit Sonar and 64bit Sonar. Use 32bit Sonar to twique any
parameters in those plug-ins then, do all mixing and other tasks in SonarX64.

    Phil,

I would love to but just don't have the money to fork out right now to get
the 64-bit versions of them. Plus, I don't think the waves bundles have 64-bit
pluggins yet. I might be wrong, but I don't think they do... Thanks,

    Brian

So install the 64bit versions of those plug-ins. If you don't then, you
may struggle to see parameters in the 32bit versions, in SonarX64. That's
because of BitBridge which, throws up a Window.

              Hello all,

I am trying to install some 32-bit waves pluggins and I am using a 64-bit
version of sonar. I also have 32-bit sonar on my computer but was wondering if
I could install the 32-bit pluggins and run them in 64-bit sonar and if so how
is this done? When I tryed installing one of my waves bundles, it installed in
the 32-bit version of sonar and I could open it just fine there, but it didn't
see it in the 64-bit version of sonar. COuld really use some help, because I
really don't want to have to create a cakewalk bundle everytime I want to put a
waves pluggin on a track in a project and have to open it up in 32-bit sonar
and then go back to 64-bit sonar. Thanks for any help,

      Brian
