Mike,

Are you referring to F12 and F11 in Sonar, or Sound forge?

Dave

In Sonar, f2 reads the meter for the master buss, but which channel is it.
In Soundforge we can read both the left and right channels.
I was working on something and in Sonar the master buss meter read -1.2 DB
but in Soundforge the left meter read -0.6. So then is it safe to assume
that f2 always reads the right channel?

What if one channel clips but the other one doesn't can pressing f2 report
this accurately?

May the peace of God which passes all understanding gard your heart and
mind in Christ Jesus.

God bless you!
