Hi Chelsea. Are you trying to get your name out there to learn the craft? Or to apply skills you already have?
If you want a list of books on mixing/mastering, let me know.You'll still need CT and Sonar, preferably on a dedicated computer, decent speakers or headphones. Taking a course or two can't hurt either, although books are a cheaper option if money is an issue.
