Use the sfz player that comes with sonar 5. The sfz sample format is a text based format that is very comprehensive.

Subject: [ddots-l] Sampler with Sonar

Hello:

Can anyone recommend a sampler (software or hardware) that will work with
both Sonar and be accessible to create, save and load samples?? I'm taking
an advance MIDI course and have run out of accessible ideas.

I do have a Korg triton in my rack, and supposedly, it is a sampler
(recorder and player), but I don't have any way of making that accessible.

Thanks
Jeff
