Doug: Why not use one of your old projects settings as a template for new projects? Just select all tracks, go into track properties and hit the letter W to wipe then save with your new project's name or as a template with any name of your choosing. Just tab to file types and change it to template. Hopes this help, Robert. ----- Original Message ----- From: Doug Daniels To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, March 21, 2011 8:47 PM Subject: [ddots-l] Re: Retreeving matterial Charles, thanks. That doesn't seem to be the problem. Because when I load up a project that I did in SONAR, last November, and I turn on input echo and arm, the microphone works, coming through the project Mix. I can hear myself in the speakers, or headphones. I just can't make a new project, and have anything get through to SONAR. Or, maybe I am not thinking about it right. I am very new at computers. I only got my first computer ever a little over a year ago. Now I just got this other one with all the recording stuff in it. Thanks for your suggestions. I will welcome any help you can give me. You will need to tab until you get to the double left click button. That should open the ProjectMix control pannel. You will need to use the JAWS curser to go through the screen. It is not very accessible because sometimes is hard to know which values go with which setting. See if you can get some sighted help. > From: douglasneal@xxxxx > To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [ddots-l] Re: Retreeving matterial > Date: Mon, 21 Mar 2011 11:24:45 -0700 > > Cris, how would I get to the place where I could look at the control panel. > And what would I look for, and what should I do there? > Doug. > > -----Original Message----- > From: ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On > Behalf Of Chris Smart > Sent: Sunday, March 20, 2011 9:21 PM > To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [ddots-l] Re: Retreeving matterial > > Does the Project Mix have control pannel software you might need to > adjust? > > PLEASE READ THIS FOOTER AT LEAST ONCE! > To leave the list, click on the immediately following link: > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe > If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > and in the Subject line type > unsubscribe > For other list commands such as vacation mode, > click on the immediately following link: > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq or > send a message, to > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > and in the Subject line type > faq > > > PLEASE READ THIS FOOTER AT LEAST ONCE! > To leave the list, click on the immediately following link: > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe > If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > and in the Subject line type > unsubscribe > For other list commands such as vacation mode, > click on the immediately following link: > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq or > send a message, to > ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > and in the Subject line type > faq >
