[ddots-l] Retreeving matterial

Hey there. Some how while I was doing some recording my system crashed and I hadn't saved it yet. Not good I know. Is there anyway to get it back. I saw something in the menu called restore, is that anything I can use? Thanks for your thoughts. Todd Houghton
