Phil,

Not sure about the EQ, but the function buttons are all reprogrammable
within the property sheet in the Sonar menu system.

Taken a look at the Mackie mode on the FW-1884 and you won't want to use it
because, all of your function buttons open up various views in Sonar such as
F1 for loop explorer.  Also, you will loose the ability to use the EQ and
aux's.
