You may need to pull down the Window menu and make sure that
both the Keypad and Properties panes are checked, and that
the Navigation pane is not. Each requires a separate trip to
the windows menu to check/un-check.

Okay, I got rid of the pesky startup window in Sibelius.
Now, when I run the
test or configure 4 setting, I now get the properties and
keypad is not
seen.
any thoughts on this?
