O ok, I did notice a difference between my 200 at the time and the tyros1
keyboard action, so comparing it from that perspective makes sense to me. I
guess if I was to get an s910 I'd b ok as I'm use to the key action on those
types. Being in fl now I c wat you mean about shipping, makes it quite
expensive...

From the T2 on they improved the Keyboard action emmensely. I didn't try a
T3 yet, but the T2 definitely had a better touch and feel than the T1 I
have. T2 may be more similar to that on the ES and EX Motifs 6 and 7. Even
Pros I've been in contact feel the PSR action - even though it's the TOTL of
the PSR series had more of a lighter action than the Tyros Series. The
PSR2000 and 3000 has the same action as the S900.
I read the Selling price on the S910 will be only $50 more than that of the
S900 when it was selling new - around the $1800 - $1900 range.

Wow interesting, thanks for the heads up, definitely worth keeping an eye on
though I imagine the price will be up there. What difference do you notice
between keyboard action on the psr, not the cheap kind but the top of the
line in the psr series and the tyros? I went streight from a psr2000 to a
motif es8, so the diffeence was obvious, but I was under the impression that
the top of the line psr's and the tyros shared common keyboard action? The
action on the psr2k wasn't that bad, at least when compared to the low
toyish psr series, those found in the $100-200 range...

Keep an ear out. The new S910 is coming out next month. It should be
comprable to the T2 with some added features. Don't think it's going to be
up with the T3, but an in-between model. I'd get one, but just don't like
the action on the PSRs unless they announce the keyboard is changed more
towards a pro model specs.
Don't get me wrong about my T1, I will sell it if the price is right and I
won't lose much on the shipping. That's where it gets expensive down here.
I just shipped a Roland G-70 in state and it cost me $165.

I've got it up now. Had a buyer, but it it's a long story which ends, "I'll
buy it next month when I get to come into the US".. He's from Jamaica and
was making his Cousin do the purchasing, but she didn't want to since she
didn't know anything about the item.
Selling it for $900, but I wasn't going to ship this board since it will be
too much to pack up and ship. I could probably get close to that plus
shipping if I put it on Ebay.

Hi all,
Just a quick intro here. My name is Vince and I have just upgraded to CT8
and Sonar 8 Studio. I've got a Kurzweil PC3 and a Tyros1 (which may be
going out the door soon).
I notice there's a few I already know from another list I've been a member
of for some time now, so we'll just say "Nice meeting you here too". I'm
not as experienced with Sonar as most of my aquaintances are since I only
use it for MIDI currently.
