Subject says it all. I understand that the musical examples will not be
accessible. At least, they are extremely unlikely to be available in an
accessible form. But if I can at least read the text of the book as a Pdf, I
can work out enough of the rest of the examples to make it worth while. Is
this something that Book Share or some other service ever made available?
