Maybe with SoundForge you will manage to do something like that.
Or, try to findsome friendly hardware, a 2nd hand turn table controler, on the
web, who knows?!

Hey List,
Forgive me if this has shown up in previous conversations here; but I was
wondering if anyone knows of a way either in Sonar or a plug-in that will
simulate the speeding up or slowing down of audio? I do some production that
I'd like to be able to apply this sort of thing to situations where I need to
simulate a fast-forward or rewind like the old tape machines did. I also want
to simulate things like a turntable slowing to a stop, or go from a dead stop
back up to speed.
I hope there's something out there free or otherwise that's accessible at
least through the Inspector that'll do the trick.
