[ddots-l] Moving a Clip to a different layer

I'm wondering if it's possible to move a clip to a different layer.
Also, is that possible to tell Sonar to record on specific layer? Let's
say you have 3 layers: l1, l2, and l3, and all layers has materials on
bar 1 and bar 2. You're going to record something on bar 3. Is there way
to choose which layer to record?
