[ddots-l] Kenton Control Freak

Hi, Does anyone else use a Kenton Control Freak? I have mine set up to do
volume, pan, mute and solo functions. It also controls some of my soft
synths such as NI B4, Pro53. I called Kenton to find out how to get it to
control other things like effects and they said it should be able to control
virtually anything, but I can't get it to work. So I am wondering if anyone
else uses it.
