in terms of basic computing I’m kind of an idiot LOL. I’m one of those
annoying types of people who if they don’t use something for a certain
period of time they forget it and I only just learned how to re-download
files on to my computer, let alone importing them into a DAW. I basically
went from 2013 until this past summer with basically no accessible
computer and so that’s why I am having such a hard time with these basic
things. Thank you Floyd, the instructions you gave were very helpful so I
think that issue is solved for me now. Has anybody had success with the
cross fading thing though? I just recorded a bunch of live drums and there
was a very tricky part where I had to punch someone in and it created a
very dramatic artifact. A pretty loud pop or click. I was really wanting
to get help with this because I won’t see the drummer again until June and
so I was really hoping to make the cross fading thing work.
