garritan Personal orchestra is a separate softsynthe. A version of that
is called garritan pocket orchestra and ships as part of Dimension Pro.
Also, you get a lite version of it in Dimension LE which, ships with
Sonar 7.

then, it's totally accessible for us. You can use it with CT for Sonar
