Good morning: In the past I have saved all my audio files as .wav;
however,
when I went to save as an mp3 sonar stated" mp3 encoder must be unlocked.
What do I do to unlock this. Alternatively, it suggested that i go to a
web
site to get the latest version. Thanks in advance
