I have my disk buffers in the audio options dialog box, set to 128 and my ASIO buffers set to 256 or, 512.

As per everyones' helpful suggestions, I upgraded to Sonar 4.04 and Jaws
6.2.  Unfortunately, Iam still having difficulties.  Essentially for now,
my
question is where do most of you keep your I/O buffers set. I am using
asio
drivers and have my dma buffers at about 384
