Dear Berhane,
First load the AAA audio/MIDI 16 by 16 track template by doing the
following.
1. (Control+O) to invoke the Open menu.
2. Tab once to get into the "File type" menu and press the letter (C) twice
to highlight "CakeWalk Templates".
3. Press (shift+tab) twice to backup to the "file list".
4. Press the letter (S) until you hear "Sonar Sample contents" and then
press enter.
5. Keep pressing the letter (A) until you hear "AAA Audio/MIDI 16 by 16 and
then press enter. This will load the template that you want to be your new
default 'normal" template.
Now you need to resave your new template as the default "normal" template.
1. Press (alt+F) to open the "file menu" and then press the letter (A) to
open the "save As" function.
2. Tab once to enter the "file Type" field and press the letter (T) to
select the "Template" file type.
3. Press (shift+tab) twice to back up to the "File list".
4. Press the letter (S) until you hear "Sonar Sample Contents" and press
enter.
5. Now press the letter (N) until you hear "Normal.cwt" and then press
enter.
6. When asked if you want to over write your existing file, just press the
letter (Y) and there you have it!
Your new default template will be the Audio/MIDI 16 by 16.
