Thanks Gored I was just use to alt t then c. How about delete now? I looked at 
alt R then d, but that didn't do it.

  Actually it is alt r for the tracks menu.  Then press c.

    I use to do, alt t, then c for cloning tracks, no i do alt T, then right 
arrow a couple times to track properties, then up arrow a bunch to get to 
clone. Is there a short cut key now?
