The Sonitus effects that come with Sonar are superior to the older FX ones.
Try Sonitus modulation for your chorus, EQ for your EQ, reverb for your reverb, etc.

Are there any high-quality alternatives to FX Chorus, FX EQ, FX Reverb, and Lexicon Panthion LE?

O I see. Well a part from the reverb, you can get those FX compressor and EQ back etc by running the Sonar 8.5.3 installer and choosing those from the list of components that you wish to install. Alternatively if you don't want to use them and want to permanently remove those from your projects then press the keystroke Shift Enter in order to open a project in safe mode. You will be then asked which plug-ins you wish to load and when those appear you chose "no." Then once the project is loaded, hit save and you won't be bothered by this again.

The reason why I ask this is because I found some projects that have FX Chorus, FX Reverb, FX EQ, and Lexicon Panthion LE, which from what I understand, are found in earlier versions of Sonar, but when I load them into Sonar 8.5, it says they come up missing.

No. 32 bit affects in 32 bit versions of Sonar and 64 bit versions of affects in Sonar X64. Unless some of those affects are VST in which case you can run the 32 bit versions of those in 64 bit Sonar.

Hi, it's Annabelle.

I wonder, is there a way to use Cakewalk FX like Lexicon Panthion LE, FX Chorus, FX Reverb, and FX EQ between versions of Sonar? For example, is it possible to use Cakewalk FX from a 32 bit version of Sonar 8 Producer in a 64-bit version of Sonar 8.5 Producer? Is there a way to download the .ax files of these FX? If so, where would I find them?
