HSC isn't necessary for Dimension Pro if she has a fairly recent version of
CakeTalking.

If she has CakeTalking, and the Dimension Pro support doesn't work, then 9
times out of 10 it is because the display settings are not set as indicated in
the CakeTalking Setup instructions. Theme, appearance settings, performance
settings, screen resolution, and others must be correct. CakeTalking will work
with Sonar if many of these are wrong, but the difficult to support plugs like
Dimension Pro, Rapture, the 64-bit effects, and others won't work unless the
screen appears as expected.

Hi. You'll want to use hot spot clicker to access VIs like dimension pro,
rapture, etc. If you are using hsc, what version are you using and are you
using the latest hot spots from the hsc web site?

Cameron.
