    You may want to check out what your swap file size is.  Go to the system 
dialog, (windows key with the pause key).  Then go to the advanced tab in the 
diallog by pressing control tab a few times.   In this nested dialog, press 
control tab to go to the   advanced page. Tab over to the virtual memory change 
button and press the space bar.  You should select the custom setting in the 
combo box, and set your minimum and maximum file size to the same value, which 
should be 1.5 times the total amount of ram in your system.

      I've been getting this pretty often lately, since I've added the extra
