I ordered the T U-15 today, and will try an ISO clip first before getting a transducer clip (ISO clip is aligator clip). Also, the stringmaster won't work with anything but standard guitar tuner pegs. I play banjo, so that lets me out-that's OK, I'll probably be fine with the T U-15-thanks

Ilkster,

The T u 15 has a small mike mounted on its top side, but to make sure of a good signal getting in, buy a small transducer pick-up.
In my previous message to Randy, I said you can buy a transducer pick-up separately with the Stringmaster Robotic, for some $15.
It simply plugs in to the tuner, and on the other end, is the pick-up mounted within a small suction cap.

one last question on this tuner.  Does it work with acoustic instruments?
Is the input cable a clip-on aligator type cable that clips to say, a tuning
post, and the other end into the tuner?
