For those of you who use Band-in-a-Box from PG Music, the latest upgrade is out. This one actually adds some long-standing feature requests on the MIDI side.
Midi Super Tracks: change each time you hit play.Support for the diminished triad (finally!), as well as the add2 and madd2 (minor add 2) chord types. We'll be able to enter dim5 for a diminished triad
or dim7 for diminshed 7th, and we can (according to the list of new features) configure the program in the Preferences so that when wesimply enter dim it will interpret it as dim7 as it does now (diminished
7th) or we can have BIAB interpret dim as a diminished triad. They've also added user-selectable midi resolution (finally!) so we're not stuck at 120PPQ if we don't want to be. 101 more RealTracks.
