Hi William I have the PC sounds coming from the computer's sound card. I use a triple talk USB for Jaws and Sonar has its audio settings set to the multimix with ASIO. So, before I have to return the multimix firewire 8, do you or anyone else have any other suggestions. I had a talk with Cakewalk tech support and they said that their are problems with the multimix and Sonar in general. I tried to download the latest drivers from Alesis but I find that web-site confusing. Thanks for your response Juan ----- Original Message ----- From: William R. ALT+O, O to get into the Audio Options multi-page dialog. Check out the CakeTalking FAQ: http://www.dancingdots.com/ctfaq.htm Heading that says: . Q: Is it possible to run JFW through my soundcard on my computer while running my music through my external sound card? Read details on setting up your two soundcards just to be sure you're not overloading the high-end card. Are there any settings in Sonar that I should use with this mixer or is the firewire interface the problem? Thanks Juan
