Good point Chris. I was also wondering who was going to construct the
letter, and which keyboard/vendor would be chosen.
I've seen enough of these chain letters with hundreds of names attached that
I tend to ignore the premise of the message.

Wouldn't individual emails make more of an impression than some
endlessly-forwarded thing with a bunch of names tacked on at the
bottom?
Individual emails have to be delt with one at a time, whereas a
petition is still just one message, document, etc.
