Yes, sonar 5 has started shipping sfz player; however you can also download it from rgcaudio's web site, http://www.rgcaudio.com It isn't accessible with the pc cursor, however if u don't mind using the jaws cursor and clicking on certain screen cordinates or using hotspot clicker to do the job, you'll be alright. You just click on a certain x y coordinate and a standard open/load file dialog appears, so you can use that to open sfz and sound fonts...
