go to control Panel
Add remove programs and you'll find CT5.3 or caketalking 5 in the list.
tab until you hear change or remove, click on it and follow the uninstall
procedure.

you have to uninstall CT5.3 from the version of Jaws before you install
CT6.2
that you want to use with CT6.
if you want to use CT5.3 with Sonar V5 so have two versions of Jaws one
install CT5.3 the other CT6.2
so clean everything and start installing CT from scratch.

Are you sure your Sonar is up to 6.21 and not just 6.2? Try uninstalling
CT and re installing after you have made sure of Sonar's version number.

I just installed Sonar 6.2 and CT 6.2. When I load Sonar Jaws says
welcome caketalking 5.3 scripts will not work with your current version of
Sonar. I can still load projects though. After I load a project jaws says you
are not authorized to use this version of Sonar please contact dancing dots.
Then it seams like sonar closes or something like that any help would be
greatly appreciated.
Can someone please tell me what's going on? How can I fix this
problem?
