goes up your nostril. Suffice it to say, it did the job but it's painful

sleep (pretty difficult with this apparatus in there and a nostril
plugged) . Got through today somehow taking care of mom but I'm dead
tired. Will have help tomorrow from the caregiver tomorrow thank goodness
