I emailed Cornyn in March (same time as our DBMAT team went to DC, also have
yet to receive a reply) and Cruz’s educational aide this summer. If anyone
wants to email Cruz’s educational aide, her name is Courtney Asbill,
Courtney_Asbill@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Did anyone e-mail her or anyone else on
Cruz’s team? Ms. Asbill replied basically saying thanks and she will
definitely be in contact if Curz decides to sponsor this bill. Yeah, I’ll be
following up this month once kids are in school. I think she/Curz could use
some extra nudging if anyone wants to give this a try! :) :)

I never received a reply after contacting Senator Cornyn in May so this time
I submitted a letter by way of his website.
I'll keep you posted s to what is said.
Has anyone else tried contacting someone?

Below is a link to a petition for the Cogswell-Macy Act or HB3535. As far
as I know, we don't have any of our Texas Congressmen sign on to the Bill!
PLEASE reach out to them by signing the petition. It is so easy to
do...and each one of us can make an impact!
