The key point for me with direct .pdf output from OvationPro would be that I could then easily share documents that I have created on OvationPro with people on other platforms. It is not so much that I would want to print them directly here or even take them to commercial printers. For example, I have created a long document (about 150 pages), with lots of colour pictures, about my family history that I would like to share with some of my relatives who only have Windows based computers. To be able to send them a .pdf file would be ideal but to get it printed first would cost a considerable amount of money. I know one answer is to try and persuade them to load the read only version of OvationPro but that will be more complicated for them and some of them are not very computer literate! -- ------------------------------------------------------------- Rob Hemmings Southport rhnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
