Just tried it here, and it seems to past everything from IcnClipbrd.
However, there seems to be then no way of purging the clipboard; if I
try to save and paste anything else, I still got what I originally
saved and pasted. Is there a "purge clipboard" facility anywhere?
Can't find it in the manual.

I wonder why icnclipbrd doesn't work on my Iyonix?

There are problems I know with using it with OP, they may well be bugs in OP. What worries me is why icnclipbrd does not work for me when it and Edit are the only things that have been run since the Iyonix was turned on.

I can't recall how to clear the clipboard. ISTR if it was a problem with using too much memory then one just copies something small.

If you want to see things go wrong on OP, this is how to do it:

(1) Copy of Ovation Pro with global clipboard support turned on
(2) In OP mark some text and copy it to the clipboard
(3) Open the F4 Find window in Edit and Ctrl V - paste. The text appears as expected (4) Back at OP, open the save document box, drag the save icon to a filer window. (5) The contents of the clipboard are appended to the filename - the save does not take place and the save box does not vanish.

If between steps 3 and 4 you change the clipboard contents, the former contents are what appear in step 5.

It seems to me that icnclipbrd is really useful - so why aren't more people worried about these problems. Maybe the functionality is built into Select/Adjust.
