[softwarelist] deleting OPro chapter crashes computer

some users report that their computer hangs when they delete the first
chapter of the OPro document here: www.archivemag.co.uk/writers.zip

it's the (optional) template for writers to use when preparing an
article for the magazine. the first chapter consists of various
rubrics, and says to delete the chapter from finished file. that's
when they get the crash.
in this zipfile, the Impression Publisher version is the original, and
the OPro version is generated from it.
does the document have some fault that i can't see?
