I set this up on my machine as an obey file and tested it, it works as
expected.

Transferred to her machine and it doesn't work. (Obey and test/png were in
the same dir).

Yes, and as noted in a past posting I've tested with a variety of amounts
alocated to the Next slot.
Again, with the Obey CLI CFSI test, I've varied the amount of the next
slot up to 10Mbytes, it still will not do the business.

This is very baffling.
