I suppose the question I'm now after is:
What is the difference in Auto Running an application at Boot up, and
double clicking the app after the machine is running?

The fix up I'm using ATM is to have a shortcut to TransFSI on my Pinboard,
so I can double click it without delving into directories to find it first.
