It is all explained on page 61 of the manual, last paragraph of the 
lefthand column.

Now if you want to be sure there is no Tab anymore between your 
(first) tab setting at 75mm and the end of the page you set a lefthand 
tab at the end of the Tab-ruler. Not a righthand tab as then text can 
be entered at the end of the line, feeding backwards.
