I have a problem with sync discs running on my PC. It now produces the error 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process' The file being referenced is NTUSER.DAT

The file is part of Windows. I'd say just don't back it up with SyncDiscs. Choose a smaller collection of files to back up in other words.
I don't expect SyncDiscs to be able to back up the Windows operating system, as opposed to user data on Windows.
