Most likely there is a misalignment between the setup files in the
Printers Choices directory (I think Printers+ uses Printers2 so you need
to look at !Boot.Choices.Printers2). My advice is to move this directory
elsewhere and setup all your printers from scratch. Hopefully it will
then work correctly.
